Cold Thai Noodles








    Ingredients                                          Method



      1 box rice noodles (Thai)                           Firstly, boil the noodles as per instructions on
      2 tablespoons crushed red pepper                    the box. Once the noodles are cooked, drain
      59 ml vegetable oil                                 them and keep aside.
      118 ml sesame oil                                   Now take both the oils in a wok and heat it
      6 tablespoons honey                                 over medium fire.
      5 tablespoons soy sauce                             Add crushed red pepper and toss it for a
      36 grams green onions                               minute or so.
      8 grams cilantro                                    Strain out the red pepper and reserve the oil.
      110 grams peanuts
      Toasted sesame seeds                                Whisk honey and soy sauce to the oil.
                                                          Turn of the heat and then add the noodles. Toss
                                                          the mixture to caot the noodles evenly.
                                                          Finally, chop green onions, cilantro, and
                                                          peanuts finely while it cools completely!

                                                          Before serving, top each serving with onions,
                                                          cilantro, peanuts and toasted sesame seeds.
