Creamy courgette pate
Ingredients Method
100g cream cheese
1 pinch dill Cube the courgettes and steam until very soft.
1 pinch cayenne pepper Mash them in the pan and leave to cool.
3 courgette Add the cream cheese and mash well together, adding
pepper and herbs
