Avocado Creme Truffle
Ingredients Method
1 small avocado (pitted) Break chocolate and place into a heatproof
6 tablespoons coconut butter bowl.

In a food processor, combine all of the
ingredients from avocado through pinch of salt
and blend until super smooth!
Spoon some of the mixture out onto the
chocolate that has now hardened and then pop
back into the fridge to fully harden.
Leave for 10 minutes then take the tray out of
the fridge again and pour chocolate on top of
the filling, so that you cannot see the avocado
creme anymore. Put back into the fridge and
wait about 20 minutes.
Take out of the fridge and …ou get something
