Yorkshire Pudding &


       Onion Gravy



    Ingredients                                          Method

                                                          To make the batter, sift the flour into a

                                                          Mix the cornflour with the cold water to
                                                          a thin paste. Pour a little of the hot
                                                          gravy  to thicken it Keep warm until
                                                          ready to serve.
