Spice roasted chickpeas
Ingredients Method
1 teaspoon smoked paprika Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180c. In a
1 teaspoon mild chilli powder bowl, mix together the spices. Drain the
0.5 teaspoon ground cumin chickpeas and pat dry on kitchen towel.
0.25 teaspoon ground coriander Then add to the spices and toss to coat.
400 g tin chickpeas
Salt and pepper Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray
and roast until crisp and golden. Season
with salt and pepper and enjoy warm or
cool.
