Cucumber and



        Strawberry Salad



    Ingredients                                          Method



      150 g strawberries                                  Place the oil, vinegar and mustard in a bowl
      1/2 cucumber                                        and whisk well. Stir in the finely chopped fresh
      2 spring onions, thinly sliced                      mint and set to one side.
      60 ml extra-virgin olive oil                        Halve the cucumber lengthways and use a

      cider vinegar                                       centre. Slice the cucumber into thin half-moon

                                                          top and mix to combine.
