Italian vegetable soup
Ingredients Method
2 onions chopped
2 carrots peeled and chopped Gently cook the onion, carrots and
4 sticks celery, chopped celery in the oil in a large saucepan for

2 tablespoons sugar they stick. Add the sugar, garlic, purée,
4 garlic cloves, crushed herbs and courgettes and cook for 4-5

(skin removed) remaining Hard Cheese to serve.
