Borage Lemonade
Ingredients Method
Borage Lemonade Serves 4.
3 or 4 young Borage leaves
Put the leaves, juice, water and honey in
Juice of 1 lemon (about 60ml) a blender and blend until smooth. Strain
into glasses and garnish with Borage
flowers. Enjoy!
2 cups cold water
Honey to taste
4 Borage flowers, to garnish
