Cherry Lemonade








    Ingredients                                          Method



      Cherry Lemonade                                     Make simple syrup by bringing water and sugar
      275 grams cherries (fresh)                          to a simmer until sugar is fully dissolved.  Allow
                                                          to cool.
      236 ml fresh lemon juice
                                                          Pit cherries then juice them by putting them
      237 ml simple syrup (or to taste)                   through blender.  Strain through wire mess. Mix
      1.17 liters water (or club soda)                    with lemon juice, simple syrup and water or for

      200 grams sugar                                     a fizzy drink add club soda.  Serve chilled or
      236 ml water                                        over ice.  Enjoy.
