Italian Seasoning








    Ingredients                                          Method



      3 tablespoons dried basil                           In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
      3 tablespoons dried oregano                         Divide between two pieces of heavy-
      3 tablespoons dried parsley                         duty foil (about 18 in. square). Fold foil
      1 tablespoon garlic powder                          around potato mixture and crimp edges
                                                          to seal.
      1 teaspoon onion powder

      1 teaspoon dried thyme                               Grill, covered, and over medium heat
      1 teaspoon dried rosemary                           40-45 minutes or until potatoes are
      1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper                           tender. Open foil carefully to allow
                                                          steam to escape. Yield: 10 servings.
      1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
