Sage, Onion and
Apricot Stuffing
Ingredients Method
40g butter Put the butter and oil, onion, sage and
apricots into a bowl stir in the
1 tablespoon of olive oil breadcrumbs and seasoning.
Put in a baking dish and cook in a
1 large chopped onion preheated oven at 180°C, 350ºF or gas 4
for 40 minutes.
100g bread crumbs
Take the sage and onion stuffing out of
the oven and serve.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
2-3 ready to eat Apricot (Chopped)
Salt and pepper
