Sausage Pâté
Ingredients Method
4 Quorn Sausages cooked and Fry the onion slowly in a pan with the knob of
then leave to cool butter and a small dash of olive oil for a few
minutes or until soft. Then put the Sausages
1 onion chopped into a Blender with the onions, cream, Parsley
1 teaspoon Parsley and blend until you get a smooth paste then
1 tablespoon Cream season to taste.
Salt and pepper Spoon into ramekins and level as much as
possible using a knife or the back of a spoon.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
