    Ingredients                                          Method



      140g pitted dates                                   Combine all the ingredients into a food
      150g cashew nuts                                    processor. Purée mixture until it comes
      4 tablespoons sultanas or raisins                   together. Add more water if necessary.
      1 teaspoon cocoa powder (or to taste)
      2 teaspoons vanilla or mint extract                 When ready spoon mixture out into tin
      1 teaspoon water                                    of choice that is lined with baking
                                                          parchment. Press mixture into tin.

                                                          Place in the freezer for minimum of 30
                                                          minutes or eat straightaway and enjoy!
