Vegan Split Pea Soup
Ingredients Method
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped In a large pot over medium high heat,
1 bay leaf sauté the onion, bay leaf and garlic in
3 cloves garlic, minced the oil for 5 minutes, or until onions are
400 g dried yellow or green split translucent. Add the peas, barley, salt
peas and water. Bring to the boil and reduce
