Persimmon and Tangerine



        Smoothie



    Ingredients                                          Method



      473 ml almond milk (cashew, below)                  Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend
      1 bananas (ripe)                                    on high until very smooth, about 3 minutes.
      2 dates (soft, pitted and chopped)                  Pour into glasses and serve.
      295 ml persimmons (slices)
      244 grams tangerine
      ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
      1 teaspoon fresh ginger (finely grated)
      Splash of vanilla extract
      140 g raw cashews (whole ")
      140 g raw almond (whole)
      Water (as needed, preferably filtered)
