Rum and Pumpkin Pie


         Smoothie




    Ingredients                                          Method



      2 scoops vanilla ice cream
      1/2 cupful crushed ice
      1 tablespoon pumpkin puree                          Combine the ice cream, ice, pumpkin
      2 tablespoons single cream                          puree, single cream, spiced rum and 1/4
      2 tablespoons spiced rum                            teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in a
      1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice                      liquidiser; blend until smooth. Pour into
      2 tablespoons whipped cream                         a serving glass; top with whipped cream,
      1 pinch pumpkin pie spice.                          sprinkle with pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
