Pear and Banana


         Smoothie




    Ingredients                                          Method



      2 pears, quartered and cores removed
      1 banana, cut in chunks
      250ml milk                                          Place the pears, banana, milk, yoghurt,
      125g vanilla yoghurt                                cinnamon and nutmeg into a liquidiser.
      1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon                        Cover and puree until smooth. Pour into
      1 pinch ground nutmeg                               glasses to serve.
