Quorn Chicken Style



      Pieces in korma



    Ingredients                                          Method



      2 tablespoon olive oil                              Heat oil in a deep-frying pan. Add onion
                                                          cook until soft. Add Patak’s Korma Paste
      Quorn Chicken Style Pieces
                                                          and ginger and garlic cook for a few
                                                          minutes then add 100ml of water, Stir
      1 medium onion
                                                          and cook, until reduced and thickened.
      2 tablespoons Patak’s Korma Paste


      1 garlic                                            Add quorn and fruit and mix well then
                                                          add the cumin, chilli, paprika, turmeric,
      ½ teaspoon ginger
                                                          coriander and cook for 5 minutes . Add
      1/3 teaspoon cumin                                  150ml water, bring to the boil, cover,
                                                          simmer for 10 minutes. Then add double
      1/3 teaspoon turmeric                               cream and season to taste add the sugar
                                                          and the parsley. And simmer for 5-10
      1/3 teaspoon mild chilli powder
                                                          minutes.
      1/3 teaspoon paprika

      1/3 ground coriander                                Serve with rice or chips and fresh
                                                          Vegetables.
      1 teaspoon parsley


      Add some fruit like (apricots or pineapple)

      100ml double cream

      ½tsp sugar (optional)

      Salt and pepper
