Quorn In Tomato &
Olive Sauce
Ingredients Method
2 Quorn Fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil Preheat oven to 180°C.
3-4 x fresh tomatoes (cut into quarters )
Place the tomatoes ,onion , celery,
5 olives, coarsely chopped
garlic, bell Pepper into a deep baking
1 large onion, sliced tray add the oil ,Balsamic vinegar,
paprika, Rosemary, thyme, basil and
1 stick celery, sliced olives and mix well.
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 teaspoon sugar Put in to the oven and roast for 20
minutes, then remove and add the
Fresh Basil leaves, shredded water, mix well and put back in the oven
for 5 minutes.
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
1tsp soy sauce
Remove from the oven. Add the Quorn
1 teaspoon paprika Fillets, soy sauce, sugar and season to
taste return back to the oven for the
2 fresh rosemary Quorn Fillets to cook, about 15 minutes
should be enough.
2 fresh Thyme
1 bell Pepper
Add some corn flour to thicken.
300ml water
Salt & pepper to taste
Serve with fresh vegetables and roast or
new potatoes
