Wild Mushroom


       Bourguignon



    Ingredients                                          Method



      Tesco Finest Wild Mushrooms (clean and
      sliced)
                                                          Heat the olive oil and butter in a deep
      1 onion chopped                                     frying pan then add the onions and
                                                          garlic and fry until soft.  Add the wild

      1 garlic clove finely chopped                       mushrooms, cover and cook for a few
                                                          more minutes.
      Handful of peas

      1 tablespoon Olive oil                              Then add the flour to thicken the sauce,

                                                          put in the red wine and mix together,
      1 tablespoon butter
                                                          simmer for 5 minutes.

      1 teaspoon Paprika

      2 teaspoons of thyme                                Put in the stock, thyme, paprika and
                                                          stevia and mix together simmer for 10
      2 ½ teaspoons stevia                                minutes until thick then put in the peas,
                                                          soya sauce and season to taste.
      1 glass of Vegetarian red wine (tesco
      everyday value Spanish red wine is great
      for this.)                                          Serve with fresh Vegetables

      1 ½ tablespoons flour

      150ml Vegetable stock


      1 teaspoon soya sauce


      Salt & pepper
