Veggiefood stew
Ingredients Method
1 Tesco vegetable selection (onion, Put the onion, swede, carrots, parsnip,

1 ½ pints water soy sauce mix together one more time.
2 vegetable cubes Pour the stew in to a deep oven dish
3-4 teaspoons cornflour with some with a lid add the salt and pepper cover
water and cook for 30 minutes in the oven at
Peas 190c fan after 30 minutes remove from
the oven add the peas and cornflour
Salt and pepper then top with dumplings and put back in
the oven for the dumpling to cook until
golden.
Serve with potatoes.
