Chilli








    Ingredients                                          Method





      ½  Pack of Quorn mince
                                                          Heat the oil in a frying pan add the
                                                          onion green pepper and cook for 2
      1 tbsp olive oil
                                                          minutes. Then add the chili powder,
                                                          cumin and cinnamon cook for a further
      1  red onion chopped
                                                          minute .

      1-2 green Pepper seeded and

                                                          Add the mince coating it well with the
      chopped
                                                          spices and continue to cook for a further
                                                          2-3 minute then add the vegetable cube.
      1/3 tsp chili powder

      1/3 tsp ground cumin
                                                          Add the tomatoes, kidney beans,

      1/3 tsp ground cinnamon                             oregano and ½ cup of water, mix well.
                                                          Stir in the coriander, and season to
                                                          taste. Place in an ovenproof casserole
      1can tomatoes
                                                          dish.

      ½ tsp dried oregano

      1 ½ vegetable cube                                  Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c.


      Salt and pepper to taste
                                                          Serve with rice or potatoes.
      1 can kidney beans drained (optional)


      1tsp ground or fresh coriander
