Cream mushroom &
wine Quorn fillets
Ingredients Method
2-4 Quorn chicken fillets Put the quorn in to a bowl with the
stock and put to one side.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon olive butter
Place the butter, oil and onion in a deep
1 onion (chopped) frying pan and cook until soften then
add the garlic and mushroom, cook for a

100ml white wine Add the thyme, rosemary, wine mix
together cook for 10 minutes or until

½ teaspoon fresh rosemary Add the cream cook for few minutes
season to taste.
1 teaspoon fresh chives (chopped)
150ml cream
Serve with roast potatoes and
Sea salt and pepper vegetables.
