Waldorf Salad







    Ingredients                                          Method



      43g chopped, slightly toasted
      walnuts                                             In a medium sized bowl, whisk together

                                                          the mayonnaise (oryogurt) and the
      1 celery stick, thinly sliced                       lemon juice. Add pinch of salt and fresh
                                                          ground pepper. Mix in the apple, celery,

      43g red seedless grapes, sliced (or                 grapes, and walnuts. Serve on a bed of
      16g of raisins)                                     fresh lettuce.


      1 sweet apple, cored and chopped


      2 tablespoon mayonnaise or
      yogurt



      ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice


      Salt



      Pepper
