Summer Coleslaw
Ingredients Method
½ small head cabbage, shredded In serving bowl, combine cabbage, carrots,
2 carrots, shredded snow peas, radishes, spring onions, hazelnuts,
5 snow peas, thinly sliced parsley, and poppy seeds.
4 radishes, thinly sliced In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil,
4 spring onions, thinly sliced salt, and pepper and then toss with the slaw.
1 tablespoons chopped, toasted
hazelnuts
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Juice of half lemon
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
A pinch of salt and freshly ground black
pepper
