Ingredients Method
Pasta
Cook pasta according to package
Fresh spinach instructions.
Drain and rinse with cold water. Leave to
43g pine nuts
cool to room temperature.
64g grated Tesco Everyday Value Stir in fresh spinach, pine nuts, Hard
Italian Style Hard Cheese Cheese, dressing, and lemon juice.
Top with salt and pepper to taste.
2 tablespoons olive oil and 1
tablespoon wine vinegar for
dressing
Juice of ½ lemons
Fresh ground sea salt and pepper,
to taste
