Chinese Dipping Sauce
Ingredients Method
4 tablespoons soy sauce In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil Mix well, add additional hoisin sauce to thicken
1 clove garlic (minced) mixture to your desired consistency if needed.
Cover the sauce, and refrigerate for 1 to 2
1 spring onions (minced) hours to allow flavours time to blend.

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce Before serving, pour mixture into a small
1/4 teaspoon ginger (minced root) saucepan and heat. Serve warm.
