Dill Sauce








    Ingredients                                          Method



      100 ml sour cream                                   Whisk together soured cream, mustard, lemon
      1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard                       juice and dill until well blended. Chill before
      1 tablespoons lemon juice                           serving.
      1 handful fresh dill (chopped)
