Quick Chilli Bean Wraps
Ingredients Method
1 onions (small, sliced) Gently fry onions for 5 minutes in oil,
1 tablespoon Canola oil until softened. Tip in beans, tomatoes
400 g mixed beans (drained and rinsed) and seasoning, then simmer for 10

2 tablespoons cajun seasoning Meanwhile, warm the wraps in the

Sour cream Take a large spoonful of beans and
Guacamole spoon along the centre of each wrap.
Grated cheese Top with some grated cheese, a spoonful
Handful coriander (or parsley, roughly of guacamole and soured cream and a
chopped) sprinkling of coriander or parsley. Wrap
into a cigar shape and eat straight away.
