Cauliflower Nuggets
Ingredients Method
454 g cauliflower florets
59 ml vegan mayonnaise
3 tablespoons brown rice flour Preheat oven 400°F 205c. Line baking
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes sheet with parchment paper and set
(optional) aside. Place cauliflower florets in a bowl,
1 teaspoon onion powder toss with mayonnaise and set aside. In a
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic small bowl combine breading
1 teaspoon paprika ingredients brown rice flour, yeast
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes, granulated onion, granulated
1/2 teaspoon celery flakes garlic, paprika, parsley flakes, celery
1 pinch ground turmeric flakes, and turmeric powder and mix
Oil (spray for coating) well. Dip cauliflower florets in breading
and place on baking sheet, repeat until
all florets are coated. Spray with oil and
bake for 30 minutes turning halfway.
Delicious served with ketchup or
barbecue sauce.
