French toast with Fresh



     Berries



    Ingredients                                          Method



      4 eggs                                              Whisk together the eggs and milk, until well

                                                          Heat a large frying pan over a medium heat and
                                                          add the butter and oil.
                                                          Once the butter has melted gently place your
                                                          bread into the pan.

                                                          Cook for about 3 minutes a side, or until each
                                                          side is golden brown.

                                                          Cut into strips and serve with the berries and a
                                                          generous sprinkling of icing sugar.
