Smokey BBQ Sausage
Ingredients Method
1 tablespoon Olive oil Cook the Sausages as instructed
1 onion finely chopped Heat the oil in a saucepan then add the onion,
2 Garlic cloves chopped garlic, bell pepper and cook for a few minutes
½ bell pepper deseeded and chopped until soft then add the mushrooms mix well
4-5 Chestnut mushrooms chopped and cover with a lid then cook for 3-4 minutes,
Vegetarian Sausages or Quorn Low Fat remove the lid and put in the crushed fennel
Sausages are good to and chili flakes and mix together.

Tips if the sauce is to thin add some
cornflour/corn starch to some water and mix in
the sauce to thicken it. And cook for a few
more minutes.
