Smokey BBQ Sausage








    Ingredients                                          Method



      1 tablespoon Olive oil                              Cook the Sausages as instructed
      1 onion finely chopped                              Heat the oil in a saucepan then add the onion,

      ½ bell pepper deseeded and chopped                  until soft then add the mushrooms mix well

                                                          Tips if the sauce is to thin add some
                                                          cornflour/corn starch to some water and mix in
                                                          the sauce to thicken it. And cook for a few
                                                          more minutes.
