Marinara Sauce








    Ingredients                                          Method



      5-6 whole tomatoes skin removed                     Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and in low
      1 tablespoon olive oil                              temperature sauté the garlic cloves until
                                                          tender.
      2 cloves of garlic chopped
                                                          In a bowl crush the tomatoes with your hand
      1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil                      and tear them apart, add to the pan.
      1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves

      Salt and pepper to taste                            Salt and pepper to taste and cook for 10
                                                          minutes.
                                                          Add the fresh herbs and cook for another 10
                                                          minutes.
                                                          Remove from the heat.
