Pink Devil Salad


       Sauce



    Ingredients                                          Method





      1 tablespoon red wine vinegar.                      Put all the ingredients in to a food

                                                          processor and blend until smooth.
      2 ½ teaspoons stevia.



      Juice of half a lemon.                              Season to taste if needed.


      3 tablespoons ketchup.


      4 tablespoons olive oil.


      1/3 pickled garlic clove.



      ½ teaspoon chives.


      A small pinch of Paprika.



      A pinch of parsley.


      A handful of pineapple pieces.


      15ml of pineapple juice.


      Salt and pepper to taste.
