Ginger Syrup
Ingredients Method
1 piece ginger Peel and thinly slice ginger; transfer to a
202 grams sugar 2-qt. saucepan. Add sugar, water, and
237 ml water peppercorns; boil. Reduce heat to
11/2 teaspoons black peppercorns medium; simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Chill overnight, then strain into an 8-oz.
