Tomato Herb Salad Dressing







    Ingredients                                          Method



      15 g oregano leaves (mixed, stripped
      from the stems)
      158 ml olive oil                                    Place herbs and oil in a blender, and
      2 tablespoons tomato paste                          puree.
      79 ml red wine vinegar                              Add tomato paste and vinegar. Puree
                                                          until smooth.

                                                          Stir to serve - the herbs will settle to the
                                                          bottom.
