Vegetable Bolognese







    Ingredients                                          Method



      1 tablespoon olive oil                              Heat the oil in a pan add the onion,
                                                          garlic and mushrooms and fry for a few

                                                          add some cornflour to water and mix in

      1tsp soy sauce (optional)
                                                          Boil a large saucepan of water and cook

                                                          the spaghetti according to packet

                                                          sauce to serve.
